February 2013 - August 2013o Researched the effectiveness of ACL Injury Reduction Programs o Using the LESS Test (Landing Error Scoring System), Male and Female High School Lacrosse players were evaluated on their susceptibility to ACL Injuries o Over 9 week period, players were put through a set of daily exercises, looking to increase core and lower body strength o At the end of 9 week period, the players were once again tested using the LESS test to evaluate whether or not the program provided an improvement, creating a lower susceptibility to ACL Injuries o Studied different team warm-ups from the youth level up to the professional level to determine effectiveness
